摘要
在安装水轮发电机组初期,由于设备加工制造存在误差,有可能引起机组轴线不同程度的倾斜,而机组轴线质量的优劣直接影响机组的安全稳定运行,所以机组安装后必须对轴线数据进行全面分析、处理,使其满足设计及国家标准要求。水轮发电机组盘车是为了检查机组轴线的倾斜与曲折情况,通过对盘车测量数据的分析与处理,使各部位摆度符合国标或该机组轴线调整安装说明书规定要求。介绍立轴普通伞式水轮发电机组盘车方式选择以及数据分析简易过程,为类似机组的盘车方式提供理论参考。
At the initial stage of installation of the hydro-turbine generator units,due to errors in equipment processing and manufacturing,the axis of the unit may be tilted to varying degrees,and the quality of the axis of the units directly affects the safe and stable operation of the unit.Therefore,after the installation of the units,the axis data must be comprehensively analyzed and processed to meet the requirements of the design and national standards.The turning of hydraulic turbine generator units is to check the inclination and tortuosity of the unit axis.Through the analysis and processing of the turning measurement data,the swing of each part can meet the requirements of the national standard or the axis adjustment and installation instructions of the units.This paper mainly introduces the selection of turning mode of vertical shaft ordinary umbrella turbine generator units and the simple process of data analysis.It is hoped to provide a theoretical reference for the turning mode of similar units.
