探讨华电金沙江上游水电开发有限公司苏洼龙分公司(昌波分公司)在现代企业管理模式创新中的实践。同时,分析公司管理现状与问题,包括内部控制缺陷、风险管理不全、美育合规挑战,提出构建信息化平台、机制创新和培养合规文化等策略。通过应用信息技术与先进的管理模式,有效提升了公司内部管理效率及整体竞争力,为其持续发展奠定基础。
This paper discusses the practice of Suwalong Branch(ChangboBranch)of Huadian Jinsha River Upstream Hydropower Development Co.,Ltd.in the innovation of modern enterprise management mode.This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the company's management,including internal control deficiencies,incomplete risk management,and aesthetic education compliance challenges,and proposes strategies such as building an information platform,mechanism innovation,and cultivating a compliance culture.Through the application of information technology and advanced management mode,the company's internal management efficiency and overall competitiveness have been effectively improved,laying the foundation for its sustainable development.
