辽宁省车联网产业协同创新的对策研究

Study on the Interaction between the Suggestions for Collaborative Innovation of Liaoning Province's Internet of Vehicles Industry

研究以辽宁省车联网产业协同创新为对象,探讨新质生产力背景下车联网协同创新的对策。文章阐述了国内外车联网产业前景、市场规模、AIGC等人工智能技术赋能车联网数据要素价值释放以及辽宁省车联网产业的现状。采用SWOT-PEST模型,分别从政治、经济、社会、技术四个角度分析辽宁省车联网产业存在的优势、劣势、机会和威胁。针对存在的问题,从发展车联网新质生产力的生产力各要素入手提出相应的策略,对提高车联网产业协同创新具有显著意义。

This study takes the collaborative innovation of the Internet of Vehicle industry in Liaoning Province as the research object,and explores the countermeasures for Internet of Vehicle industry collaborative innovation under the background of new quality productivity.It elaborates the prospects,market size,AIGC and other artificial intelligence technologies empowering the value release of Internet of Vehicle data elements in the domestic and Internet of Vehicle industry,as well as the current situation of the Internet of Vehicle industry in Liaoning Province.Utilizing the SWOT-PEST model,the study analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the Internet of Vehicle industry in Liaoning Province from the four perspectives of politics,economy,society,and technology.For the existing issues,corresponding strategies are proposed from the development of new quality productivity factors in the vehicle networking industry,which is of significant significance for improving the collaborative innovation of the Internet of Vehicle industry.
