中小企业人才培养模式及人才梯队建设研究

摘要 由于中国市场商业竞争变得越来越复杂和剧烈,杰出的人才对于企业的重要性已经开始显现出来并且起到了关键性的影响。相较于大型企业,中小型企业的对人才的需求更为迫切,所以重视人才培养和建立人才梯队是中小型企业持续发展的关键因素。本文主要探讨了中小型企业需要人才培养和构建人才梯队的原因,然后提出了相应的策略来应对这个问题,同时给出了一些关于如何优化人力资源管理的方法,希望能够帮助这些企业积累更多的人力资源,从而提高他们利用人力资源的能力。 As the business competition in the Chinese market has becoming more and more complex and intense,the importance of outstanding talents to enterprises has begun to show and played a key impact.Compared with large enterprises,small and medium-sized enterprises have a more urgent demand for talents.Therefore,attaching importance to talent cultivation and the establishment of talent echelon is the key factor to the sustainable development of small and medium-sized enterprises.This paper mainly discusses the small and medium-sized enterprises need talent training and build talent echelon,and then put forward the corresponding strategy to deal with this problem,at the same time gives some about how to optimize the human resource management method,hope to help these enterprises accumulate more human resources,so as to improve their ability to use human resources.
