水稻育秧泥浆机设计与试验

摘要 针对目前市面上水稻育秧营养土短缺的现象,设计一种泥浆机处理水田泥浆,处理后的泥浆可作为天然的营养土载体。建立泥浆泵的运动学数学模型,研究分析泥浆泵转子运动轨迹及规律,即泥浆泵转子截面圆心做直线运动,转子表面点的运动轨迹为在平面上呈现出椭圆状。建立泥浆泵三维虚拟样机模型对泥浆泵进行运动学仿真。结果表明,泥浆泵转子表面不同固定点的运动轨迹是一种空间三维运动,在平面上是一种椭圆,转子表面不同固定点的速度仿真与数学模型最大误差值7.8%。对泥浆泵偏心距参数、等距半径参数、转速参数进行正交试验寻找最佳组合参数。泥浆泵最优参数为:偏心距为7.6 mm,等距半径为24 mm,转速为680 r/min。泥浆机田间作业测试结果表明,泥浆机输送泥浆距离可达50 m,每小时可注满1500盘秧盘,泥浆流量为6~8 m^(3)/h。 In view of the shortage of nutrient soil for rice seedling raising in the market,a mud machine is designed to treat paddy mud.The treated mud can be used as a natural nutrient soil carrier.The kinematic mathematical model of the mud pump is established,and the motion trajectory and law of the mud pump rotor are studied and analyzed.The results show that the center of the rotor section of the mud pump moves in a straight line,and the motion trajectory of the rotor surface points presents an ellipse on the plane.The three‑dimensional virtual prototype model of the mud pump is established and the kinematics simulation of the mud pump is carried out.The results show that the motion trajectory of different fixed points on the rotor surface of the mud pump is a three‑dimensional motion in space,which is an ellipse in the plane.The maximum error between the speed simulation of different fixed points on the rotor surface and the mathematical model is 7.8%.Orthogonal experiments were carried out on the eccentricity parameters,equidistant radius parameters and rotational speed parameters of the mud pump to find the best combination parameters.The optimal parameters of the mud pump are as follows:eccentricity is 7.6 mm,isometric radius is 24 mm,and speed is 680 r/min.Field test results show that the mud conveying distance can reach 50 m,1500 rice plates can be filled every hour,and the mud flow rate is 6-8 m^(3)/h.
