摘要
煤与瓦斯突出灾害严重威胁着煤矿安全生产。煤与瓦斯突出监测预警是突出有效治理的前提和基础,准确、有效的煤与瓦斯突出监测预警,一方面可以提高煤与瓦斯突出预警的准确率,防止漏报;另一方面,可以提高防突措施实施的目的性和针对性,降低额外的防突工作量,增加掘进效率和稳定性。通过以声发射强度、电磁辐射强度、瓦斯浓度等指标进行预警的方法,分析石屏一矿13019上机巷掘进工作面前兆特征,并阐明声发射强度、电磁辐射强度、瓦斯浓度各预警相关参数的变化规律。通过现场应用及分析,实现煤与瓦斯突出的综合实时监测预警,有利于提高煤矿安全保障水平,提高煤矿采掘效率,保障煤矿的安全生产。
Coal and gas outburst disaster is a serious threat to coal mine safety production.Coal and gas outburst monitoring and early warning is the premise and basis of effective control of coal and gas outburst.Accurate and effective coal and gas outburst monitoring and early warning can,on the one hand,improve the accuracy of coal and gas outburst early warning and prevent missing reports;on the other hand,it can improve the purpose and pertinence of outburst prevention measures,reduce additional outburst prevention workload,and increase tunneling efficiency and stability.Through the method of early warning based on the indexes of acoustic emission intensity,electromagnetic radiation intensity and gas concentration,the precursory characteristics of 13019 upper machine roadway driving in Shiping No.1 Coal Mine are analyzed.It also expounds the change law of the early warning related parameters of acoustic emission intensity,electromagnetic radiation intensity and gas concentration.Through field application and analysis,the comprehensive real-time monitoring and early warning of coal and gas outburst is realized,which is helpful to improve the safety level of coal mine,improve the mining efficiency and ensure the safety of coal mine production.
