摘要
当前标准化在国家治理中发挥着越来越重要的作用,政务服务标准化建设是提升政务服务质量和推动服务型政府转型的有力抓手。本文研究了山东省政务服务标准化背景、内涵及实践、现状及路径探索等内容,通过研究政务服务标准化工作的积极作用,提炼可推广的工作方法,形成标准化工作流程。为疏通政务服务“最后一公里”堵点提供建议,为提升为民服务质量提出参考。
Currently,standardization is playing an increasingly important role in national governance.The standardization of government services is a powerful tool to improve the quality of government services and promote the transformation of service-oriented government.This paper studies the background,connotation,practice,current situation,and path exploration of government service standardization in Shandong province.Through studying the positive role of government service standardization work,promotable working methods are extracted to form standardized workflow.It provides suggestions for unblocking the“last one kilometer”choke points of government services,and provides references for improving the quality of services for the people.
