内蒙古地区食品生产加工小作坊标准化现状

摘要 社会经济不断发展,人民群众生活水平不断提高。食品安全问题逐步成为社会普遍关注的热点问题。作为我国重要的农业区域之一,在满足市场需求的同时,内蒙古地区的食品生产加工小作坊也面临着一系列标准化问题。本文调研分析了内蒙古食品生产加工小作坊规范现状,深入探讨问题根源,提出可行性建议,为相关政策制定和实施提供科学依据。 With the continuous development of the social economy and the improvement of people’s living standards,food safety issues have gradually become a hot issue of social concern.The small workshops for food production and processing in Inner Mongolia,an important agricultural region in China,not only meet market demands but also face a series of standardization challenges.This paper investigates and analyzes the standardization status of small workshops for food production and processing in Inner Mongolia,delves into the root of the problems,puts forward feasible suggestions,and provides scientific basis for development and implementation of relevant policies.
