摘要
日常生活中家用电冰箱的电能消耗和食材储存是消费者关注度比较高的性能指标。现行的国标GB/T 8059—2016中耗电量试验是在标准的试验条件16℃和32℃进行测试,试验过程中未放置负载,与消费者实际使用状态存在差异。放置真实食材后电冰箱能耗的高低及食材储存的效果如何目前并无相关的评价方法,T/CAS 862—2024《家用电冰箱用户使用能耗及食品储存评价规范》标准的发布和实施有效解决了这个难题。本文就该标准的背景、构架、各部分内容的制定思路以及技术指标、评价方法等进行了论述和解读,以期为企业和检测机构更透彻地理解标准提供参考。
The energy consumption and ingredient storage of household refrigerators in daily life are performance indicators that consumers mainly concerns.The current national standard GB/T 8059-2016 states that the power consumption test is conducted under standard test conditions of 16℃and 32℃.There is no load placed in the refrigerators during the test,which differs from the actual usage status of consumers.There is currently no relevant evaluation method for the energy consumption and storage effect of refrigerators after placing real food ingredients.The release and implementation of T/CAS 862-2024,Evaluation specification for consumer energy consumption and food storage of household refrigerators,has effectively solved this problem.This paper discusses and interprets the background,structure,development ideas,technical indicators,evaluation methods,and other contents of this standard,in order to provide reference for enterprises and testing institutions to have a more thorough understanding of the standard.
