食品检验过程质量控制是实验室工作的核心,有效的质量控制方法对于食品检验实验室来说至关重要。PDCA循环法,即策划(Plan)、实施(Do)、检查(Check)和处置(Action),是一种循环往复的质量管理方法。本文主要阐述PDCA循环法在食品检验过程质量控制中的应用,从而提高食品检验结果和体系运作的有效性,进而不断提高实验室管理水平,促进实验室整体能力螺旋式递进上升。

The quality control of food inspection process is the core of laboratory work,and effective quality control methods are crucial for food inspection laboratories.The PDCA cycle method,namely the plan-do-check-act cycle,is a cyclical quality management approach.This paper mainly elaborates on the application of PDCA cycle method in the quality control of food inspection process,in order to improve the effectiveness of food inspection results and system operation,continuously improve the level of laboratory management,and promote the spiral progression of overall laboratory capabilities.
