In order to promote the low-carbon transformation of commercial kitchenware industry by green product certification, combined with the product characteristics of commercial gas-burning appliances, from the dimensions including resources, energy, environment, and quality, the paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of green certification according to the implementation rules and technical specifications of“CQC green product certification”.According to requirements of the specification, taking the SZCT35 Chinese gas cooking stove as an example, the evaluation was carried out from three links of suppliers, manufacturers, and customers. It used the testing method required by the standard and the comparative analysis method of the characteristic value of green product quality and the standard value. It was concluded that the management of the industrial chain through green product certification could not only improve product quality, but also control carbon emissions from multiple links, accelerating technological innovation of carbon peak and neutrality. It is suggested that measures such as promoting publicity and training, mutual recognition and acceptance of certification, strengthening policy guidance, and using platform resources should be adopted to promote green product certification of commercial gas-burning appliances,so as to contribute to China’s“dual carbon”goals.
