摘要
目的:分析依那普利联合氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压的效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年12月麻城市第六人民医院收治的原发性高血压患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采用氨氯地平治疗,观察组采用依那普利联合氨氯地平治疗。比较两组治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率、血压指标、糖代谢指标、血管内皮细胞功能、心功能。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.027);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组收缩压、舒张压、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血清内皮素-1、左室射血分数升高,一氧化氮、左心室收缩末期内径、左心室舒张末期内径低于治疗前,观察组内皮素-1、左室射血分数高于对照组,一氧化氮、左心室收缩末期内径、左心室舒张末期内径低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:依那普利联合氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压的效果较好,可降低血压,改善糖代谢水平、血管内皮细胞功能和心功能,且安全性较好。
Objective:To analyze the effect of enalapril combined with amlodipine in the treatment of essential hypertension.Methods:A total of one hundred patients with essential hypertension admitted to Macheng Sixth People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with fifty patients in each group.The control group was treated with amlodipine,and the observation group was treated with enalapril combined with amlodipine.The total effective rate,incidence of adverse reactions,blood pressure index,glucose metabolism index,vascular endothelial cell function and cardiac function were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.027);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,fasting blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin in two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,serum endothelin-1 and left ventricular ejection fraction increased in two groups,nitric oxide,left ventricular end-systolic diameter and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter were lower than before treatment,endothelin-1 and left ventricular ejection fraction in observation group were higher than control group,and nitric oxide,left ventricular end-systolic diameter and left ventricular enddiastolic diameter were lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Enalapril combined with amlodipine has good efficacy in the treatment of essential hypertension,which can reduce blood pressure,improve glucose metabolism,vascular endothelial cell function and cardiac function,and has good safety.
