Effects of Different Drugs on Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:分析不同药物治疗对膝骨关节炎患者的影响。方法:选取2023年2—12月佛山健翔骨伤医院关节科收治的膝骨关节炎患者80例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用关节镜手术联合玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗,观察组采用关节镜手术联合富血小板血浆关节腔内注射治疗。比较两组Lysholm、Lequesne、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及关节液炎性因子[C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平。结果:治疗前,两组Lysholm、Lequesne、VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组Lysholm评分高于治疗前,Lequesne、VAS评分低于治疗前,观察组Lysholm评分高于对照组,Lequesne、VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组CRP、IL-1β、TNF-α水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组CRP、IL-1β、TNF-α水平低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:关节镜手术联合富血小板血浆关节腔内注射治疗膝骨关节炎的效果较好,能有效减轻患者的疼痛程度,促进膝关节功能修复,减轻炎性反应。

Objective:To analyze the effects of different drugs on patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:A total of eighty patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to the Department of Joint of Foshan Jianxiang Orthopedic Hospital from February to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with forty cases in each group.The control group was treated with arthroscopic surgery combined with intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate,and the observation group was treated with arthroscopic surgery combined with intraarticular injection of platelet-rich plasma.Lysholm,Lequesne,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores and the levels of joint fluid inflammatory factors[C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in Lysholm,Lequesne and VAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,Lysholm scores of the two groups were higher than before treatment,Lequesne and VAS scores were lower than before treatment,Lysholm scores of the observation group were higher than control group,Lequesne and VAS scores were lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in CRP,IL-1βand TNF-αlevels between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of CRP,IL-1βand TNF-αin the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Arthroscopic surgery combined with platelet-rich plasma intraarticular injection is effective in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,which can effectively reduce the pain degree of patients,promote the functional repair of the knee joint and alleviate the inflammatory response.
