布地奈德福莫特罗治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的效果

Effect of Budesonide and Formoterol in the Treatment of Cough-variant Asthma

目的:探讨布地奈德福莫特罗治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的效果。方法:选取2022年2月—2023年2月惠州市惠阳三和医院收治的咳嗽变异性哮喘患者80例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组使用孟鲁司特纳片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用布地奈德福莫特罗吸入剂治疗。比较两组肺功能、炎性因子水平。结果:治疗后,两组用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积、呼气峰值流量水平升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血清白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α、C反应蛋白水平降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:布地奈德福莫特罗可有效改善咳嗽变异性哮喘患者的肺功能,减轻炎性反应。

Objective:To investigate the effect of budesonide and formoterol in the treatment of cough variant asthma.Methods:A total of eighty patients with cough variant asthma admitted to Huizhou Huiyang Sanhe Hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with forty cases in each group.The control group was treated with Montelukast tablets,and the observation group was treated with budesonide formoterol inhalation on the basis of the control group.The lung function and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the forced vital capacity,forced expiratory volume in the first second and peak expiratory flow of the two groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the serum levels of interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-αand C-reactive protein in two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Budesonide and formoterol can effectively improve lung function and reduce inflammatory response in patients with cough variant asthma.
