针刺结合中药人工周期疗法治疗薄型子宫内膜的效果

Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Artificial Cycle Therapy on Thin Endometrium

目的:分析针刺结合中药人工周期疗法治疗薄型子宫内膜的效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2021年12月北京京顺医院薄型子宫内膜患者60例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组予以中药人工周期疗法,观察组予以针刺结合中药人工周期疗法。比较两组临床疗效、月经恢复正常时间、排卵率、子宫内膜厚度。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0321)。观察组月经恢复正常时间短于对照组,观察组排卵率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前子宫内膜厚度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组子宫内膜厚度升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺结合中药人工周期疗法治疗薄型子宫内膜的效果较好,可促进月经、排卵恢复,增加子宫内膜厚度。

Objective:To analyze the effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine artificial cycle therapy on thin endometrium.Methods:Sixty patients with thin endometrium in Beijing Jingshun Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with thirty patients in each group.The control group was given traditional Chinese medicine artificial periodic therapy,and the observation group was given acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine artificial periodic therapy.The clinical effect,the time to normalize menstruation,ovulation rate and endometrial thickness were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0321).The recovery time of menstruation in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the ovulation rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in endometrial thickness between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,endometrial thickness increased in both groups,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with artificial cycle therapy of traditional Chinese medicine has a good effect on thin endometrium,which can promote the recovery of menstruation and ovulation and increase the thickness of endometrium.
