经三阴交注射甲硫酸新斯的明注射液治疗子宫全切术后尿潴留的效果

Effect of Neosmine Methsulfate Injection in the Treatment of Urinary Retention after Total Hysterectomy through Sanyinjiao

目的:分析经三阴交注射甲硫酸新斯的明注射液治疗子宫全切术后尿潴留的效果。方法:选取2020年6月—2023年6月于菏泽市单县妇幼保健院行子宫全切术治疗且术后并发尿潴留的患者90例为研究对象,采用数字盲选法分为对照组与观察组,每组45例。对照组经臀部肌内注射甲硫酸新斯的明注射液,观察组经三阴交注射甲硫酸新斯的明注射液。比较两组临床疗效、排尿情况及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.014)。观察组恢复自主排尿时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组残余尿量对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组残余尿量减少,且观察组少于对照组(P<0.001)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P=0.007)。结论:与肌内注射新斯的明相比,经三阴交穴位注射治疗尿潴留的临床疗效较好,能够促进患者自主排尿,且具有较高的安全性。

Objective:To analyze the effect of neosmine methsulfate injection through Sanyinjiao in the treatment of urinary retention after total hysterectomy.Methods:A total of ninety patients who underwent total hysterectomy and postoperative urinary retention in Heze Shanxian County Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by digital blind selection method,with forty-five cases in each group.The control group was injected with neosmine methsulfate injection,the observation group was injected with neosmine methsulfate injection through Sanyinjiao.The clinical efficacy,urinary status and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.014).The recovery time of spontaneous urination in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in residual urine volume between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,residual urine volume decreased in both groups,and the observation group was less than the control group(P<0.001).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group(P=0.007).Conclusion:Compared with intramuscular injection of neosmin,injection through Sanyinjiao has better clinical efficacy in the treatment of urinary retention,can promote patients to urinate autonomously,and has higher safety.
