综合护理干预在脑出血患者中的应用价值

Application Value of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的:分析综合护理干预在脑出血患者中的应用价值。方法:选取2021年2月—2023年2月滨州医学院附属医院收治的脑出血患者84例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,各42例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上进行综合护理。比较两组并发症发生率、术后康复指标、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分。结果:观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.019)。观察组术后肛门排气时间、卧床时间以及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组NIHSS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理3、7、10 d后,两组NIHSS评分低于护理前,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理能够降低脑出血患者并发症发生率,促进神经功能改善及术后康复。

Objective:To analyze the application value of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:A total of eighty-four patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with forty-two cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing based on the control group.Complication rate,postoperative rehabilitation index and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score were compared between the two groups.Results:The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.019).Postoperative anal exhaust time,bed rest time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in NIHSS score between the two groups(P>0.05);after 3,7 and 10 days of nursing,the NIHSS score of the two groups was lower than before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing can reduce the complication rate of patients with cerebral hemorrhage and promote the improvement of nerve function and postoperative rehabilitation.
