精细化专科护理在老年2型糖尿病合并肺部感染患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Refined Specialized Nursing in Elderly Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Pulmonary Infection

目的:研究精细化专科护理在老年2型糖尿病合并肺部感染患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年9月—2023年8月同济大学附属杨浦医院收治的老年2型糖尿病合并肺部感染患者74例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,各37例。对照组予以常规护理,研究组予以精细化专科护理。比较两组负性情绪、血糖水平、炎性因子水平、住院时间及生活质量。结果:护理后,两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分降低,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平降低,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组肝素结合蛋白、C反应蛋白水平降低,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组住院时间短于对照组(P<0.001);护理后,两组健康调查简表评分升高,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:精细化专科护理在老年2型糖尿病合并肺部感染患者中的应用效果较好,可改善负性情绪,降低血糖及炎性因子水平,缩短住院时间,提高生活质量。

Objective:To study the application effect of refined specialized nursing in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with pulmonary infection.Methods:A total of seventy-four elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with pulmonary infection admitted to Yangpu Hospital Affiliated to Tongji University from September 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group and study group,with thirty-seven cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given refined specialized nursing.Negative emotion,blood glucose level,inflammatory factor level,hospital stay and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale decreased in two groups,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after nursing,the levels of fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in the two groups were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);after nursing,the levels of heparin-binding protein and C-reactive protein in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the duration of hospitalization in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.001);after nursing,the health survey summary table score of the two groups increased,and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of refined specialized nursing in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with pulmonary infection has a good effect,which can improve negative emotions,reduce the level of blood glucose and inflammatory factors,shorten the hospital stay and improve the quality of life.
