摘要
目的:分析PDCA管理模式在住院患者痰培养标本采集中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年2—7月于德州市立医院呼吸与危重症医学科进行痰培养检查的370例患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各185例。对照组实施常规管理模式,观察组实施PDCA管理模式。统计两组痰培养标本不合格的原因,比较两组痰培养标本不合格率、护理满意度、按时送检率。结果:观察组痰培养标本不合格率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.018);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.021);观察组按时送检率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.006)。结论:PDCA管理模式可提高住院患者痰培养标本合格率、护理满意度、按时送检率。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of PDCA management model in sputum culture specimen collection of hospitalized patients.Methods:A total of thirty hundred and seventy patients who underwent sputum culture examination in Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine,Dezhou Municipal Hospital from February to July 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with one hundred and eighty-five patients in each group.The control group implemented conventional management mode,and the observation group implemented PDCA management mode.The reasons of unqualified sputum culture specimens in the two groups were analyzed,and the rate of unqualified sputum culture specimens,nursing satisfaction and on-time inspection rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The unqualified rate of sputum culture samples in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.018);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.021);the on-time delivery rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.006).Conclusion:PDCA management model can improve the qualified rate of sputum culture samples,nursing satisfaction and on-time examination rate of hospitalized patients.
