四子封包热敷涌泉穴护理预防宫颈癌根治术后下肢深静脉血栓的效果

Effect of Sizi Encapsulation Hot Compress at Yongquan Point Nursing on Prevention of Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Limbs after Radical Cervical Cancer Surgery

目的:研究四子封包热敷涌泉穴护理预防宫颈癌根治术后下肢深静脉血栓(LEDVT)的效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年8月广东医科大学附属医院收治的198例宫颈癌根治术患者为研究对象,随机分成对照组与研究组,各99例。对照组围术期给予常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上采用四子封包热敷涌泉穴护理。对比两组LEDVT发生率、住院时间、股总静脉血流速度、D-二聚体水平及护理满意度。结果:研究组LEDVT发生率低于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前,两组股总静脉血流速度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后5 d,两组股总静脉血流速度升高,研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。术后1、3、5 d,研究组D-二聚体水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.026)。结论:四子封包热敷涌泉穴护理能改善宫颈癌根治术后患者静脉血流速度和凝血功能,预防LEDVT,提高患者的护理满意度。

Objective:To study the preventive effect of Sizi encapsulation hot compress Yongquan point nursing on lower extremity deep vein thrombosis(LEDVT)after radical cervical cancer surgery.Methods:A total of one hundred and ninety-eight patients with radical cervical cancer resection admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University from January 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group and study group,with ninetynine cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing during perioperative period,and the study group was given Yongquan point nursing with Sizi encapsulation hot compress based on the control group.The incidence of LEDVT,length of hospital stay,blood flow velocity of common femoral vein,D-dimer level and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of LEDVT in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the length of hospitalization was shorter,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before operation,there was no significant difference in blood flow velocity of common femoral vein between the two groups(P>0.05);on the 5th day after operation,the blood flow velocity of the common femoral vein increased in the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The level of D-dimer in the study group was lower than that in the control group on day 1,3 and 5 after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.026).Conclusion:The nursing care of Sizi encapsulation hot compress Yongquan point nursing can improve the venous blood flow velocity and coagulation function,prevent LEDVT and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients after radical cervical cancer surgery.
