人本位护理在肺结核患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Human-based Nursing in Patients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis

目的:探讨人本位护理在肺结核防治管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1—12月德州市德城区60例肺结核患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用人本位护理。对比两组希望水平、自我护理能力、心理状态、护理满意度。结果:护理后,两组对现实与未来的积极态度、采取积极行为的态度、与他人保持亲密关系的态度评分高于护理前,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组健康知识水平、自我护理技能评分高于护理前,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分和汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分低于护理前,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.044)。结论:人本位护理可提高肺结核患者的希望水平、自我护理能力、护理满意度,改善其心理状态。

Objective:To explore the application effect of human-based nursing in the prevention and management of tuberculosis.Methods:Sixty patients with tuberculosis in Dezhou Decheng District from January to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with thirty cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with human-based nursing based on the control group.Hope level,self-care ability,mental state and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of positive attitude towards reality and future,attitude of taking positive behavior and attitude of keeping close relationship with others in both groups were higher than those before nursing,and those in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05);after nursing,the scores of health knowledge and self-care skill in two groups were higher than those before nursing,and those in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05);after nursing,Hamilton Anxiety Scale and Hamilton Depression Scale scores scores of the two groups were lower than before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.044).Conclusion:Human-based nursing can improve the hope level,self-nursing ability,nursing satisfaction and psychological state of tuberculosis patients.
