早期分阶段肺康复锻炼技术在急性呼吸窘迫综合征重症患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Early Stage Pulmonary Rehabilitation Exercise Technique in Severe Patients with Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome

目的:探究早期分阶段肺康复锻炼技术在急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)重症患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1—12月徐州市睢宁县人民医院收治的ARDS重症患者76例,应用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各38例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用早期分阶段肺康复锻炼技术。比较两组血气指标、氧合指数、康复进程。结果:护理前,两组血气指标、氧合指数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组血气指标、氧合指数优于护理前,观察组动脉血氧分压、氧合指数较对照组高,动脉血二氧化碳分压较对照组低(P<0.05)。观察组ICU治疗时间、呼吸机通气时间以及总住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:早期分阶段肺康复锻炼技术可改善ARDS重症患者血气指标和氧合指数,加快康复进程。

Objective:To explore the effect of early stage pulmonary rehabilitation exercise technique in severe patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS).Methods:A total of seventy-six patients with severe ARDS admitted to Xuzhou Suining County People's Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with thirty-eight cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received early stage pulmonary rehabilitation exercise on the basis of the control group.Blood gas index,oxygenation index and rehabilitation process were compared between the two groups.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in blood gas index and oxygenation index between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the blood gas index and oxygenation index of the two groups were better than those before nursing,the arterial blood oxygen partial pressure and oxygenation index of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,and the arterial blood carbon dioxide partial pressure was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The ICU treatment time,ventilator ventilation time and total hospital stay in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The early stage pulmonary rehabilitation exercise technique can improve the blood gas index and oxygenation index of severe ARDS patients and accelerate the rehabilitation process.
