国内三级中医院医疗质量管理体系的特色分析

Characteristic Analysis of the Medical Quality Management System of the Third level Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China

该文深入分析了国内三级中医院医疗质量管理体系(MQMS)的特点。通过概述国内中医院MQMS发展、构建与实施,分析国内中医院MQMS的特色、关键环节、案例及面临的挑战,提出相应建议。在国内三级中医院MQMS构建中,应当充分发挥中医特色,加强综合治疗和防御性医疗,不断完善综合评价体系,加强医疗管理人才培养,引入信息技术,促进MQMS的持续发展,为患者提供更优质的医疗服务。

This paper analyzed the characteristics of medical quality management system(MQMS)in the third level hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.By summarizing the development,construction and implementation of MQMS in Chinese hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine,the characteristics,key links,cases and challenges of MQMS in Chinese hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine are analyzed,and corresponding suggestions are put forward.In the construction of MQMS in domestic tertiary hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine,we should give full play to the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine,strengthen comprehensive treatment and defensive medicine,constantly improve the comprehensive evaluation system,strengthen the training of medical management personnel,introduce information technology,promote the sustainable development of MQMS,and provide patients with better medical services.
