摘要
针对复杂曲面零件抛光困难的问题,制备了以明胶基磁流变胶和砂带为柔性抛光头的新型抛光头,并研究了该柔性抛光头在不同加工工艺参数下对3D曲面铝合金表面质量和材料去除率的影响规律。方法:使用自制柔性抛光头以不同的主轴转速、进给速度对3D曲面铝合金进行抛光,测量不同加工参数下的表面粗糙度值和材料去除率。结果:当主轴转速增加时,工件表面的表面粗糙度值有明显的降低,但是当主轴转速超过1000 rpm时表面粗糙度值下降趋势变缓,与此同时材料去除率也下降。当进给速度变大时,工件的表面粗糙度值变大,材料去除率也不断变大。
In response to the difficulty of polishing complex curved surface components,a new polishing tool was developed using gel-based magnetorheological abrasive and sandpaper as flexible polishing heads,and the influence of this flexible polishing tool on the surface quality and material removal rate of 3D curved surface aluminum alloy under different processing parameters was studied.Method:The self-made flexible polishing head was used to polish the 3D curved surface aluminum alloy at different spindle speeds,feed rates and the surface roughness values and material removal rates under different processing parameters were measured.Results:When the spindle speed increases,the surface roughness value of the workpiece decreases significantly.However,when the spindle speed exceeds 1000 rpm,the decrease in surface roughness value becomes slower,while the material removal rate also decreases.When the feed rate increases,the surface roughness value of the workpiece increases,and the material removal rate also increases continuously.
