摘要
振动压实机械逐渐成为压实行业的主导产品,众多学者对振动压实系统建立了多种动力学模型并进行求解计算。本文从系统动力学模型方面来介绍振动压实技术的研究现状及各模型主要特点。针对垂直振动压路机提出一种新的动力学模型,并通过对新模型和原有模型进行数值仿真和实例对比分析,论证了新模型的有效性和准确性。
The vibration-compaction machinery has gradually becoming the leading product in the compaction industry,a lot of scholars have established various dynamic models for vibration-compaction systems and conducted solving calculations.This article introduces the research status of the vibration-compaction technology and the main characteristics of each model from the perspective of system dynamic models.A new dynamic model is proposed for the vertical vibration rollers,and the validity and accuracy of the new model are demonstrated through the numerical simulation and comparative analysis of examples with the original model.
