基于二次网水力平衡的换热站优化控制动态仿真研究

摘要 利用热力学第一定律创建供热系统动态数学模型,并应用于动态控制策略仿真。仿真结果表明:在二次网水力平衡条件下,通过动态模拟获取热源供水温度设定参数,并利用室内温度对换热站二次水温进行补偿控制,可得到最佳换热站节能效益(节热率18.49%、一次/二次侧节电率分别为62.41%和43.47%)。 A dynamic mathematical model of a district heating system using the first law of thermodynamics was developed and applied to the simulations of dynamic control systems.The simulation results have shown that,with the hydraulic balance of the secondary pipe network,the best energysaving benefit of the substation(the heat saving rate was 18.49%,the primary/secondary electrical saving rate was 62.41%and 43.47%respectively)could be obtained by obtaining the supply water temperature set-points from the heat source through the dynamic model simulation and utilizing the indoor air temperature to compensate the water temperature in the secondary side.
