摘要
为进一步提高工业建筑给排水设计质量,避免因设计导致的使用与故障问题,将以广东省某电子工业厂区的主工业厂房为例进行研究,通过实际工程给排水设计与优化过程分析的方式,明确工业建筑给排水优化设计要点与重点,并对案例工程中超纯水及回收系统进行优化设计,以满足工厂用水回收利用的目的。结合实际设计与数据分析可知,该工程的给排水系统优化设计能够避免工厂运行过程中出现断水漏水等情况,并且可以试下50%的废水回收利用,具有良好的使用性能。
In order to further improve the design quality of water supply and drainage of industrial buildings and avoid the problems of use and failure caused by design,the main industrial plant of an electronic industrial factory in Guangdong Province will be studied as an example,and the key points and key points of optimal design of water supply and drainage of industrial buildings will be clarified through the analysis of actual engineering water supply and drainage design and optimization process.The ultra-pure water and recycling system in the case project are optimized to meet the purpose of water recycling in the factory.Combined with the actual design and data analysis,it can be seen that the optimal design of the water supply and drainage system of the project can avoid water interruption and leakage during the operation of the plant,and can try to recycle 50%of the wastewater,with good performance.
