大跨径连续桥梁施工关键技术及控制分析

摘要 为了确保大跨径连续桥梁工程的结构稳定性和施工质量,本文主要分析了大跨径连续桥梁的施工关键技术及其控制方法,依托某大跨径连续桥梁,该桥采用挂篮悬臂灌注法施工,结合预应力T梁的内力计算和有限元分析结果,对桥梁的应力分布、位移和承载能力进行模拟分析,然后具体分析了大跨径连续桥梁施工过程中各施工节点的关键技术及控制要点,对于提高桥梁的施工精度和长期运行的安全性具有重要的意义。本研究为大跨径桥梁的施工提供了技术支撑,确保了施工过程中的结构安全和效率。 In order to ensure the structural stability and construction quality of long-span continuous bridge engineering,this paper mainly analyzes the key construction technology and control method of long-span continuous bridge.Based on a long-span continuous bridge,the bridge is constructed by hanging basket cantilever pouring method.Combined with the internal force calculation and finite element analysis results of prestressed T-beam,the stress distribution,displacement and bearing capacity of the bridge are simulated and analyzed.Then the key technology and control pharmacy of each construction node in the construction process of long-span continuous bridge are analyzed in detail.It is of great significance to improve the construction accuracy and long-term operation safety of the bridge.This study provides technical support for the construction of long-span bridges and ensures the structural safety and efficiency in the construction process.
