摘要
联咪唑并杂环骨架在药物分子中的应用非常广泛,然而通常需要使用有毒的化学氧化剂通过氧化偶联来合成。近年来的电化学合成法非常绿色,但是应用范围仅限于富电子结构的合成。本文开发了一种缺电子联咪唑并杂环的电化学合成方法,此法产率高、后处理简单、容易进行放大,具有优良的规模生产潜力,且不需要氧化剂,对环境污染很小。
Bisimidazolium heterocyclic skeletons have a wide range of applications in drug molecules.However,they usually need to be synthesized by oxidative coupling using toxic chemical oxidants.Recently,electrochemical synthesis methods have been developed that are more environmentally friendly.However,their application is limited to the synthesis of electron-rich structures.This work presents an electrochemical synthesis of electron-deficient bisimidazolium heterocycles that offers high yields,simple post-processing,and easy scale-up.It has excellent potential for large-scale production and does not require an oxidizing agent,causing minimal environmental pollution.
