原油催化裂解制烯烃技术研究

摘要 在小型固定流化床反应器中考察了原油催化裂解制低碳烯烃的反应性能。通过改变反应温度、水油比,探索原油催化裂解生产低碳烯烃的适宜操作条件,并考察了不同馏分油的裂解性能。结果表明,在反应温度750℃、水油比为0.5的条件时,以某中间-石蜡基原油为原料,乙烯单程产率可达到18.84%,丙烯单程产率可达到11.83%,丁烯单程产率可达到4.53%,乙烯+丙烯+丁烯产率可达到35.2%。 The reaction performance of catalytic cracking of crude oil to produce low carbon olefins was investigated in a small fixed fluidised bed reactor.The suitable operating conditions for the production of low-carbon olefins by catalytic cracking of crude oil were explored by varying the reaction temperature and water-to-oil ratio,and the cracking performance of different fractions was investigated.The results showed that at a reaction temperature of 750℃and a water-to-oil ratio of 0.5,the one-way yield of ethylene could reach 18.84%,the one-way yield of propylene could reach 11.83%,the one-way yield of butene could reach 4.53%,and the ethylene+propylene+butene yield could reach 35.2%with an intermediate-paraffinic-based crude as the feedstock.
