负极材料关键技术的初步研究

摘要 主要探讨了负极材料的关键技术,旨在通过提升储能电池性能以解决人们对非可再生能源的依赖所引发的能源短缺及诸多环境问题。针对现有负极材料的性能缺陷,广东东岛新能源股份有限公司开展了一系列技术改性研究,并研发出沥青包覆技术、二次造粒技术和中间相炭微球碳化技术等以提高负极材料的电化学性能和生产效率。本文讨论了上述关键技术在实际应用中的成效,以及其对于降低电池制备成本、推动储能领域产业链发展的积极意义。 This article mainly discusses the critical technologies of anode materials,aimed at improving the performance of energy storage batteries that could potentially solve the energy crisis and environmental challenges arising from the reliance on non-renewable energy sources.To address the performance issues of existing anode materials,Guangdong Dongdao New Energy Co.,Ltd.has carried out a range of technical modifications and developed asphalt coating technology,secondary granulation technology,and mesocarbon microbead carbonization technology to enhance the electrochemical performance and production efficiency of anode materials.The article also evaluates the effectiveness of the above critical technologies in practical applications and highlights their positive impact on reducing battery production costs and fostering the growth of the energy storage industry chain.
