微藻-细菌共生系统处理抗生素废水研究进展

摘要 近年来,随着快速城镇化和经济发展,抗生素的使用频率不断上升,使用不当或者滥用抗生素使其对环境产生重大影响。抗生素可以在生态系统的动植物营养水平上进行生物积累和生物放大,其代谢物可以与微生物群相互作用,改变其组成和代谢,可能导致特定条件下抗生素抗性基因的增加。为深入探讨抗生素有效去除方法,本研究对常见的生物处理方法在抗生素废水处理中存在的优缺点进行了综合分析。结果发现,微藻-细菌共生系统由于其高效、去除能力强、设计简单、易于操作等优点被广泛使用。同时,本研究对微藻-细菌共生系统去除抗生素机制进行了概括总结,将为抗生素的有效去除提供新的研究思路。 With rapid urbanization and economic development,the antibiotic has been frequently used in recent years,causing significant impact on the environment for its abuse.The antibiotic can be bioaccumulated and bio-magnified at the level of plant and animal nutrition in the ecosystem.Moreover,the antibiotic metabolites can interact with the microbiome to change its composition and metabolism,which can lead to an increase in antibiotic resistance genes under specific conditions.To further explore the antibiotic removal methods,this study comprehensively analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of common biological treatment methods in the treatment of antibiotic wastewater.Results showed that the microalgae-bacteria symbiosis system is widely used in antibiotic removal due to its high efficiency,strong removal ability,simple design and easy operation.Meanwhile,the removal mechanism of antibiotic by microalgae-bacteria symbiosis system was summarized in this study.Overall,this study will provide a new insight for the effective removal of antibiotic.
