加压-闪蒸仪气相色谱法测定液化石油气中二甲醚含量

摘要 目的:建立加压-闪蒸仪气相色谱法测定液化石油气中二甲醚含量的方法。方法:对取样后的钢瓶进行加压,通过闪蒸仪进行汽化,外标法定量。结果:二甲醚在0.771%~99.898%范围内线性良好,相关系数0.99950,方法检出限0.05%,方法相对标准偏差为0.36%~2.91%,加标回收率为94.1%~104.3%。结论:本方法满足液化石油气中二甲醚含量在0.771%~99.898%的测定,且方法简便,线性、精密度和准确度良好。 Objective:A method for determination of dimethyl ether in liquefied petroleum gas(LPG)by gas chromatography with pressure-flash analyzer was established.Methods:The sampled cylinders were pressurized and vaporized by flash evaporator,and quantified by external standard method.Results:The linear range of DME was 0.771%~99.898%,the correlation coefficient was 0.99950,the detection limit of the method was 0.05%,the relative standard deviation of the method was 0.36%~2.91%,and the recoveries were 94.1%~104.3%.Conclusion:The method is suitable for the determination of DME in liquefied petroleum gas in the range of 0.771%~99.898%.The method is simple,linear,precise and accurate.
