摘要
在某1.4 Mt/a催化裂化装置上进行了辛烷值助剂HCSO的工业应用。标定结果表明:在相近工况下,与空白期相比,辛烷值助剂HCSO占系统藏量1.52%时,催化和加氢汽油辛烷值分别提高0.8,1.2;从汽油PONA分析数据看,烯烃含量降低1.33%,芳烃含量降低0.2%,异构烷烃增加1.62%;从应用情况来看,辛烷值助剂HCSO在添加量较低时仍然有较好的效果,可为炼厂节约成本并带来可观的经济效益。
The industrial application of octane number additive HCSO was carried out on a 1.4 Mt/a catalytic cracking unit.The results showed that under the similar operation conditions and compared with the results of blank calibration(before adding enhancer),when the octane number enhancer reached 1.52%of the system inventory,octane number of catalytic gasoline and hydrogenated gasoline increased 0.8,1.2 respectively.According to the PONA analysis data of gasoline,the olefin content decreased by 1.33%,the aromatics content decreased by 0.2%,and the isomeric alkanes increased by 1.62%.From the application situation,the octane number additive HCSO still has a good effect even at low dosage,which can save costs for refineries and bring considerable economic benefits.
