微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定糙米与精米中9种重金属

摘要 建立微波消解法-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定糙米与精米中9种重金属的方法。采用该方法对五个稻谷样品进行了处理。首先对样品进行砻谷脱壳处理制备糙米,随后进一步加工得到精米。本研究测定了这些样品中的九种重金属元素,包括Cd、Cr、Mn、Ni、Pb、As、Cu、Zn和Hg的含量。本方法的线性相关系数均大于0.9995,方法检出限范围为0.0005~0.352μg/g。该方法准确度、灵敏度较高,可实现糙米与精米样品多种重金属准确测定。 A method for determining the contents of 9 heavy metals,including Cd,Cr,Mn,Ni,Pb,As,Cu,Zn,and Hg,in brown rice and polished rice by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was established.Five rice samples were processed us-ing this method.First,the samples were processed to remove the husk and obtain brown rice,and then further processed to obtain polished rice.The contents of nine heavy metals were determined in these samples.The correlation coefficients for the linear regression analysis of all elements exceed-ed 0.9995,and detection limits varied between 0.0005μg/g and 0.352μg/g.This method demonstrates high precision and sensitivity,effectively quan-tifying the concentrations of various heavy metals in both brown and polished rice samples.
