摘要
屠宰废水是一种高CODCr、TN、NH_(3)-N浓度的有机废水。随着环保意识的增强,屠宰废水的高效达标处理对企业具有重要意义。本工程设计处理规模为2600 m^(3)/d,采用“一级处理+厌氧(水解酸化)+好氧(CASS)+消毒排放池”的废水处理组合工艺对四川某屠宰企业的屠宰废水进行处理。2023年1月至10月的污水处理站监测数据表明,CODCr、TN、NH_(3)-N、TP的出水均满足《肉类加工工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 13457—1992)的三级排放标准和城市生活污水厂接管标准,组合工艺运行稳定,出水效果良好,且运行费用低(约为1.38 m^(3)/元),可为同类设计提供借鉴。
Slaughtering wastewater is a kind of organic wastewater with high concentration of CODCr,TN and NH_(3)-N.With the enhancement of environmental protection consciousness,it is of great significance for enterprises to treat slaughtering wastewater in an efficient and standardized way.This project is designed to treat 2600 m^(3)/d,and adopts the wastewater treatment combination process of"primary treatment+anaerobic(hydrolysis acidification)+aerobic(CASS)+disinfection discharge tank"to treat the slaughtering wastewater of a slaughtering enterprise in Sichuan,and the monitoring data of the wastewater treatment station from January to October 2023 show that the concentration of CODCr TN,NH_(3)-N,TP effluent meets the tertiary discharge standard of"Water Pollutant Discharge Standard for Meat Processing Industry"(GB 13457—1992)and the take-over standard of urban domestic wastewater plant,and the combined process operates stably,with good effluent effect and low operation cost(about 1.38 m^(3)/yuan),which can be used as a reference for the same kind of design.
