摘要
为促使丙烷脱氢尾气精制氢气的整体效率得到切实提升,推动我国冶金生产、能源提取、工业化工等诸多工业领域的发展,在工业生产过程中可加强对PSA技术的应用,通过变压吸附的方式完成气体吸附分离,实现丙烷脱氢尾气精制氢气的目的。文章结合PSA技术的作用原理、特点等,根据丙烷脱氢流程分析丙烷脱氢尾气精制氢气的过程,从不同角度分析PSA技术的应用,以供参考。
In order to effectively improve the overall efficiency of refining hydrogen gas from propane dehydrogenation tail gas and promote the development of many industrial fields in China,such as metallurgical production,energy extraction,and industrial chemical industry,the appli-cation of PSA technology can be strengthened in the industrial production process.Gas adsorption separation can be completed through pressure swing adsorption to achieve the goal of refining hydrogen gas from propane dehydrogenation tail gas.The article combines the principle and charac-teristics of PSA technology,analyzes the process of refining hydrogen gas from propane dehydrogenation tail gas based on the propane dehydrogena-tion process,and analyzes the application of PSA technology from different perspectives for reference.
