摘要
本文阐述了泄漏检测与修复(LDAR)技术在制药行业中的应用。首先,介绍了LDAR技术的基本原理及其在制药行业中的重要性,随后,通过实际案例分析,展示了LDAR技术在制药企业中的实施过程与效果。本项目涉及到两个制药车间,总受控密封点4692个,总计泄漏点位53个,密封点总泄漏率1.1%。全厂挥发性有机物(VOCs)总排放量合计为6072 kg/a,总减排量为661 kg/a。此外,文章还探讨了当前LDAR技术在制药行业面临的挑战与对策,旨在为制药行业提供有益的参考。
This article study on the Leak Detection and Repair(LDAR)technology in the pharmaceutical industry.Firstly,the basic princi-ple of LDAR technology and its importance in the pharmaceutical industry are introduced.Subsequently,through practical case analysis,the implemen-tation process and effect of LDAR technology in pharmaceutical companies are demonstrated.In this project,a total of 4692 controlled affected seals were detected,with a total of 53 leak seal.The total leakage rate of affected seal in the whole plant was 1.1%.The total emission of volatile organic compounds in the whole plant is 6072 kg/a,and the total emission reduction is 661 kg/a.In addition,the article also explores the current challenges faced by LDAR technology in the pharmaceutical industry and counterplan,aiming to provide useful reference for the pharmaceutical industry.
