Discussion on the Application of Automatic Control in Chemical Safety Production

化工是国家经济建设中的支柱产业,在新中国实现工业化、现代化的过程中,所需要的动力与原料,大部分来自于化工行业。同时,化工又是一项高风险产业,化工生产在高危高压、易燃易爆环境中进行,对安全管理的要求极高。本文首先阐述了化工生产的特点,然后以“自动化控制”为切入点,探讨了化工生产过程中的安全管理措施。

Chemical industry is a pillar industry in national economic construction.In the process of industrialization and modernization in new China,most of the power and raw materials needed come from chemical industry.At the same time,chemical industry is a high-risk industry,and chemical production is carried out in a high-risk,high-pressure,flammable and explosive environment,which requires extremely high safety management.This paper first expounds the characteristics of chemical production,and then discusses the safety management measures in the process of chemical production with“automatic control”as the starting point.
