玉米发酵生产燃料乙醇与天然气技术的对比

摘要 天然气和燃料乙醇都是生物基清洁能源,具有原料丰富、可再生、低碳等优点,如何利用生物质原料生产清洁能源受到世界各国政府、科研机构广泛关注。本文通过玉米发酵生产燃料乙醇和玉米生产天然气过程能源投入、资源投入和环境排放等方面的对比,认为玉米生产天然气优势大于燃料乙醇,消耗同等量的玉米生产天然气会获得更多的清洁能源,消耗更少的水资源和能源。为有效解决国内能源短缺问题,发展低碳经济,应大力发展天然气,特别是生物质天然气,降低燃料乙醇生产比例。 Natural gas and fuel ethanol are both biobased clean energy sources with the advantages of abundant raw materials,renewable and low carbon,etc.How to use biomass raw materials to produce clean energy has received extensive attention from governments and scientific research organisations around the world.In this paper,through the comparison of energy input,resource input and environmental emission in the process of corn fermentation to produce fuel ethanol and corn production of natural gas,it is concluded that the advantage of corn production of natural gas is greater than that of fuel ethanol,and that consuming the same amount of corn to produce natural gas will obtain more clean energy and consume less water and energy.In order to effectively solve the domestic energy shortage problem and develop a low-carbon economy,natural gas,especially biomass natural gas,should be vigorously developed and the proportion of fuel ethanol production should be reduced.
