复采煤巷掘进工作面注浆固化顶板技术应用研究

摘要 随着煤矿开采深度的增大,复采煤巷掘进工作面开采时易发生围岩失稳、顶板垮塌等事故。为有效预防这些事故,煤矿企业在生产中需合理利用注浆固化顶板技术,以通过超前预注浆来增强掘进工作面的稳定性,创造相对安全的作业条件。本文从注浆加固的原理出发,引入某煤矿作为案例,重点探究了该煤矿在复采煤巷掘进工作面上注浆固化顶板技术的应用情况,以供参考与借鉴。 With the increase of coal mining depth,accidents such as instability of surrounding rock and roof collapse are easy to occur when mining the heading face of multiple coal mining roadway.In order to prevent these accidents effectively,coal mine enterprises need to make reason-able use of grouting curing roof technology in production,so as to enhance the stability of the driving face through advance grouting and create rel-atively safe working conditions.Based on the principle of grouting reinforcement,this paper introduces a coa l mine as a case,and focuses on the ap-plication of grouting curing roof technology on the driving face of remining roadway for reference.
