摘要
本文结合前期解决企业“卡托普利合成”问题的成果,通过合理设计,使实验内容既有基础理论指导下的基础技能的训练,如产品合成中涉及到的过滤、萃取和重结晶等基本操作外,又有科研思维指导下具有挑战度的内容设计,如学生必须充分发挥自己的主观能动性,通过查找资料确定合适的研究方案才能完成的产品鉴定及质量分析。此外,本综合实验创新性地设计了包括产品合成、数据处理、结果分析和讨论等一整套科研思维下的完整实验内容,培养学生科研素养的形成及解决复杂问题的能力,是一个有效对接科技发展前沿、满足两性一度标准的综合化学实验。
This paper combines the results of previous work in solving the problem of"captopril synthesis"in the enterprise,and turns it into a comprehensive inorganic chemistry experiment that effectively connects the frontiers of scientific and technological development through reason-able design.through reasonable design.The experimental content not only has the training of basic skills under the guidance of basic theory,such as the basic operations such as filtration,extraction and recrystallization involved in product synthesis,but also has the challenge content design under the guidance of scientific research thinking,such as students must give full play to their own initiative and determine the appropriate research plan by searching for data to complete the product identification and quality analysis.This comprehensive experiment innovatively designs a complete set of experimental contents under scientific research thinking,including product synthesis,data processing,result analysis and discussion,etc.,which guides the formation of students'scientific research literacy and the ability to solve complex problems.
