有机溶剂型道路沥青路面养护剂的研究

摘要 研究探讨了在不同情况下,加入润滑油、废机油、还原剂和防水剂对老化沥青的还原作用,通过对沥青性能的还原作用,探讨最优配比。通过不停的实验,得出以下结论:在单组元实验中,润滑油和废机油能通过改变老化沥青的组分变化,芳香分和饱和分增加,胶质和沥青质减少,改善沥青的性能;加入防水剂对沥青的塑性有微小变化。通过正交实验,得出废机油、硅醇钠对各性能的影响较大,并得出沥青养护剂的最佳配比。 The reduction effect of adding lubricating oil,waste engine oil,reducing agent,and waterproof agent on aged asphalt under different conditions was explored.By reducing the performance of asphalt,the optimal ratio was explored.Through continuous experiments,the following conclusions were drawn:in single component experiments,lubricating oil and waste engine oil can improve the performance of asphalt by changing the composition of aged asphalt,increasing aromatic and saturated components,and reducing resin and asphaltene.The addition of waterproofing agents had a slight change in the plasticity of asphalt.Through orthogonal experiments,it was found that waste engine oil and sodium silicate had a significant impact on various properties,and the optimal ratio of asphalt curing agent was determined.
