摘要
建立HPLC对炒白芍中3中苷类成分同时测定的分析方法。采用HPLC法;C18色谱柱;流动相:A为乙腈,B为0.1%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱程序为:0 min(8%A),5 min(12%A),20 min(20%A),30 min(20%A),35 min(35%A),50 min(35%A);检测波长:230 nm;柱温:25℃。3种苷类成分的质量浓度与峰面积均呈良好的线性关系。平均回收率芍药苷为98.7%,RSD为2.1%;芍药内酯苷为98.7%,RSD为2.7%;苯甲酰芍药苷为99.1%,RSD为2.4%(n=6)。该方法分离度好,简便易行,具有良好的重现性,可用于白芍药材中3种苷类成分的同时测定。
HPLC method was developed for the determination of three glycosides in stir-baked Radix paeoniae alba.HPLC analysis was performed on C 18 column with mixture of acetonitrile(A)and 0.1%phosphoric acid solution asmobile phase in gradientmode.The concentrations of solvent A were 8%,12%,20%,20%,35%,and 35%at 0,5,20,30,35 and 50 min,respectively,the detection wavelength was 230 nm and the column temperature was 25℃.The standard curves of three glycosides showed a good linearity and the average recoveries were 98.7%with RSD of 2.1%for paeoniflorin,98.7%with RSD of 2.7%for albiflorin and 99.1%with RSD of 2.4%for benzoylpaeoniflorin(n=6),respectively.The method is quick,simple,and repeatable for the determination of three glycosides in Radix paeoniae alba simultaneously.
