摘要
垃圾焚烧飞灰中的重金属和二噁英等物质对环境具有显著的危害,运用固化技术、药剂稳定化技术、高温热处理技术、水热技术等处理飞灰正是研究的热点技术。鉴于不同的飞灰处理技术各有优劣,本文建立了多准则决策模型来对其进行比选。构建的多属性决策中包含指标体系建立、指标数据采集、指标权重确定、备选方案排序四个步骤,可对不同飞灰处理技术进行多维的评价。
The heavy metals and dioxins in fly ash of waste incineration had significant harm to the environment.They were hotpot technologies in fly ash processing such as solidification technology,chemical stabilization technology and high temperature heat treatment technology,hydrothermal technology,etc.Given the advantages and disadvantages of fly ash processing technology,multi-attribute decision making method was used to build a model for comparison and selection of the fly ash processing technologies.The multi-attribute decision making method,which contained four steps,the establishment of index system,the collection of index data,the determination of index weight,the ranking of alternative plan,could evaluate in multiple dimensions for different fly ash processing technologies.
