摘要
以JTP-1.2型矿用提升机为例,介绍一种基于有限元分析的矿用提升机盘式制动器支座力学分析方法。该方法主要利用SolidWorks软件构建制动器支座模型,并将该模型导入ANSYS软件中进行网格划分,随后在软件中设置边界条件与施加载荷,以自动分析支座模型的力学特点,并显示在单个制动器作用及2个制动器同时作用时支座模型的应力情况与应变情况,最后得到应变与制动力矩间的关系曲线,为盘式制动器支座结构优化设计提供支持。
Taking JTP-1.2 mining hoist as an example,this paper introduces a mechanical analysis method for the disc brake support of mining hoist based on finite element analysis.This method mainly uses SolidWorks software to construct a brake support model,and imports the model into ANSYS software for grid division.Then,boundary conditions and applied loads are set in the software to automatically analyze the mechanical characteristics of the support model,and display the stress and strain of the support model when a single brake is applied or when two brakes are applied simultaneously.Finally,the relationship curve between strain and braking torque is obtained,providing support for the optimization design of the disc brake support structure.
