堆内构件导向筒开口销应急处理机器人

摘要 针对核电厂大修期间上部堆内构件控制棒导向筒更换时出现的导向筒开口销断裂、卡涩或咬死等突发情况,设计了一种用于开口销应急处理的机器人系统。该系统的主要功能包括对卡涩开口销的辅助顶出、对断裂开口销的独立顶出与拾取、对咬合卡死销的蚀除,以及开口销蚀除后的残留薄壁瓣取出和拉伤销孔抛光等。 For the emergency situations that may occur during the major overhaul of nuclear power plants,such as the breakage,jamming,or seizure of the control rod guide tube opening pins during the replacement of the upper reactor internals components,a robot system has been designed for emergency handling of the opening pins.The main functions of this system include:Assisting the ejection of the jammed opening pins,independently ejecting and retrieving the broken opening pins,eroding the seized and stuck opening pins,as well as removing the remaining thin flaps after the erosion of the opening pins and polishing the damaged pin holes.
