矿用钢绳芯输送带无损检测系统设计与应用研究

摘要 为了实时检测矿井输送带皮带和钢绳芯的损坏情况,提出了用于皮带损伤检测的自动多通道数据采集和处理系统。该系统可获取多达24个无损检测信号通道,并使用自动算法对其进行处理。实际应用效果表明,矿用钢绳芯输送带无损检测系统能够有效获取有关皮带环的起始位置、特定皮带段的接头位置以及与皮带内部钢绳腐蚀或切割相关的最终位置和损坏大小的相关信息,为煤矿的生产和运输提供有效的技术支撑。 To detect the damage of the belt and steel rope core of the mine conveyor belt in real time,an automatic multi-channel data acquisition and processing system for belt damage detection is proposed.The system can obtain up to 24 non-destructive testing signal channels and process them using automatic algorithms.The practical application results show that the non-destructive testing system for mining steel rope core conveyor belts can effectively obtain information about the starting position of the belt ring,the joint position of specific belt segments,and the final position and damage size related to the corrosion or cutting of the internal steel rope of the belt,and can provide effective technical support for the production and transportation of coal mines.
