摘要
通过研究旋转变压器解码原理,提出了一种基于全国产化元器件的旋转变压器解码器设计方案,设计了RDC芯片和DAC芯片接口电路,通过MCU主控进行芯片配置和数据读取,可将旋转变压器采集的螺距角位置信号转换为4~20 mA电流信号或串行总线信号传输到控制系统,解决了电气零点和机械零点不重合的问题,满足了变距控制过程中对角度反馈的高精度要求。
By studying the decoding principle of the rotary transformer,a design scheme for a rotary transformer decoder based on nationally produced components was proposed.The RDC chip and DAC chip interface circuit were designed,and the chip configuration and data reading were carried out through the MCU main control.The screw pitch angle position signal collected by the rotary transformer can be converted into a 4~20mA current signal or serial bus signal and transmitted to the control system,solving the problem of non coincidence between electrical and mechanical zero points and meeting the high-precision requirements for angle feedback in the variable pitch control process.
