基于异常电流信号的高压真空断路器故障自动诊断

摘要 高压真空断路器故障自动诊断方法的故障诊断效果差。为此,提出基于异常电流信号的高压真空断路器故障自动诊断。提取高压真空断路器永磁机构行程曲线特征参数,基于异常电流信号构建高压真空断路器故障诊断模型,设计高压真空断路器故障自动诊断流程以实现诊断。结果表明,该方法在识别故障方面表现优秀。 The automatic fault diagnosis method of high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker has poor fault diagnosis effect.Therefore,the automatic fault diagnosis of high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker based on abnormal current signal is proposed.The characteristic parameters of the travel curve of the permanent magnet mechanism of the high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker are extracted,and the fault diagnosis model of the high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is constructed based on the abnormal current signal.The automatic fault diagnosis process of the high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is designed to realize the diagnosis.The results show that this method performs well in fault identification.
